Standard Return Policy

30-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns

You can request a return or exchange unconditionally within 30 days of receiving the product.

Important Conditions:

  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Must be in resalable condition
  • All tags and original accessories must be included

Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn items
  • Damaged or missing packaging
  • Items past the 30-day return window
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items returned without authorization

Quality Issue Returns

Quality Issue Process

  1. Document the quality issue with photos or video
  2. Contact customer service with evidence:

  3. Our team will review and confirm within 48 hours
  4. Once confirmed as a quality issue, we'll provide a solution

For quality issues, we cover all return shipping costs

Return Process

Return Steps

  1. Contact Us: Initiate return request via email or customer service
  2. Wait for Approval: We'll respond within 1-2 business days
  3. Get Return Label: After approval, we'll send return shipping label and instructions
  4. Ship Item Back: Return item following the instructions
  5. Wait for Processing: We'll inspect returned item and process refund/replacement

Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted

Exchange Instructions

To get your needed item fastest:

  • First return the item you have
  • After return is accepted, purchase the new item separately

This avoids exchange processing time and gets you the new item faster.

EU Region Special Policy

14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to EU regions, you have special rights:

  • You may cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days
  • Item must be in the same condition you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Receipt or proof of purchase required

This policy applies to all EU member states

Refund Information

Refund Process

  1. We receive and inspect returned item
  2. Notify you if refund is approved (usually 1-3 business days)
  3. If approved, refund will be automatically processed to original payment method within 10 business days

Note: Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund
